It’s been epic!

The team has organized an incredible program with Todd and Jennifer leadership in our Blitz on our quest to 1000 in 9 weeks! I will let them share how we are doing it!

We can’t let up in the market but it’s winning! We were 14% ahead of the market in listings!

YES!!  That is an absolute fact!  We are at 665 out of our 1000 goal over the 9 week period.  We have not calculated how many gains we have for this week (Week 7), so we will look even better come Monday.

The content within your action plan is built into our Weekly Action Item list that we promote each Monday morning and agents receive points for completing the weekly action items, along with additional points for every active listing brought in for that week.

As you know, agents can be competitive, and the action plan has been phenomenal to help drive that competition for earning points, but the benefit of what they are learning in the process is a huge win as well!  The chart you sent us earlier this week speaks volumes for their engagement!

We sincerely appreciate you customizing the program for our Listing Blitz…it has been fun, productive, and so far a huge asset for the initiative!
