David Knox is an internationally recognized real estate speaker and trainer. He has presented more than 3,000 seminars to 500,000 attendees in eight countries. His specialty topics include real estate pricing techniques, negotiation skills and overcoming the toughest objections.
He has been a top ranked presenter at 30 NAR conventions and in 2011 received the “On the Shoulders of Giants” award from RIS Media honoring his 25 year contributions to the industry.
For the last 25-years David has been the President of David Knox Productions, Inc. creating seminars, audio CD training, DVD video training and consumer videos. Most of his videos have now moved to online delivery.
David was the National Training Director for Merrill Lynch Realty Associates in Stamford CT. He developed the national training program used by 33 operating units.
Senior CRS Instructor for the National Association of Realtors® where he presented CRS courses and served on various faculty committees. Author of RS201, RS201 and RS203.
David started as a licensed real estate salesperson then went on to be an office manager and company training director before hired as a national training director.
