Work directly with David

Some people prefer a more personal interaction to hone their skills and improve their business. Agents will be able to ask questions, then have a personal two-way interaction to tap into David’s 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. Using online technology, these sessions can be done through Skype or GoToWebinar. A limited number of these coaching sessions will be made available.

David will conduct a coaching meeting with an individual agent. In advance of the meeting, the agent will submit pertinent information about current production, future goals and specific areas of question. David will review this and schedule the session. Agents may schedule a series of sessions to progress through growing their business. 35-minute session, $600.

This is a session designed to be done in a group of up to ten agents in the same location. It adds the group interaction dynamic yet preserves the two-way interaction. The group leader will consult with David in advance to target a topic or topics of the meeting. One-hour session, $2,500.
